Community Guidelines
Last updated: [DATE]
Fantazma is for adults who want to see themselves in bold, cinematic, playful scenes. These rules apply to everything you upload, generate, or publish. Breaking them can lead to content removal or account closure.
1. What’s welcome
Fashion, glamour, editorial, and nightlife looks.
Adults drinking or smoking as part of a scene’s style.
Swimwear, lingerie-style fashion, and sensual mood without nudity or sexual acts.
Fantasy, sci-fi, historical, and costume scenes.
Action and adventure, including stylized, non-graphic violence.
2. Not allowed anywhere
Minors. No images of anyone under 18, and no scenes that make an adult look like a child. Any content sexualizing minors will be removed and reported to the authorities.
Nudity and sexual content. No nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic content.
Faces without permission. No one else’s face without their permission. No celebrities, public figures, or politicians.
Deception. No deepfakes meant to mislead people, fake news, fake documents or IDs, or images used for scams or fraud.
Harassment. No content made to bully, humiliate, threaten, or sexualize a real person.
Hate. No content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics. No hate symbols or extremist content.
Graphic violence and self-harm. No gore, torture, real-world violence, or content showing or encouraging suicide or self-harm.
Illegal activity. No illegal drug use, weapons trafficking, or content promoting crime.
Private information. No personal details such as addresses, phone numbers, or ID documents.
3. Extra rules for public scenes
Public scenes are seen by everyone, so they must also:
not contain copyrighted characters, brands, or logos (for example, superheroes, movie or game characters, sports team logos, designer logos);
not be designed to recreate a specific real person’s appearance;
use reference images you have the right to use;
not contain text with slurs, ads, links, or spam.
You can still create scenes like these privately for personal use, as long as they follow section 2. You are responsible for respecting third-party rights in what you create.
4. How moderation works
New scenes are public by default and enter a review queue. A human moderator reviews every scene before it appears in the community feed.
You can make any scene private at any time; it will then disappear from the feed.
Our AI provider’s safety filters may automatically block some generations.
We may remove any scene or content that breaks these rules, even after it was approved.
5. Reporting and hiding
Every scene in the feed has a menu with Report and Hide. Hide removes the scene from your feed. Report sends it to our moderators. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.
You can also report a problem at support@fantazma.app. For copyright complaints, see our Copyright Policy.
6. Consequences
Depending on how serious it is, a violation can lead to: removal of the content, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure. Content involving minors, sexual content involving real people, or serious deception leads to immediate permanent closure. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@fantazma.app.
