Fantazma (“Fantazma”, “we”, “us”) is an iOS app that lets you place yourself into AI-generated scenes. Fantazma is operated by Dmytro Yushchenko, British Columbia, Canada [CHECK: replace with company name once registered]. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Fantazma is for adults 18 and older.
The short version
We use your selfie only to generate the images you ask for.
We never use your photos or results to train AI models, and never use them in our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can delete your selfie, your images, or your whole account at any time in the app.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or an Apple private relay address if you choose to hide your email) and an account identifier.
Your selfie. The photo of your face you upload so we can place you into scenes. We ask for your explicit consent before your first upload (see section 3).
Reference images and prompts. Images and text you upload to create custom scenes.
Generated images. The images Fantazma creates for you.
Purchase information. Your subscription status, credit balance, and Apple transaction identifiers. Apple processes all payments; we never see your card or bank details.
Support messages. What you send us through in-app chat or email.
Device and usage information. Device model, iOS version, app version, IP address, crash reports, and how you use features (for example, which scenes you open and when generations succeed or fail).
2. How we use your information
To create your account and sign you in.
To generate the images you request.
To show community scenes and review them before they appear in the feed.
To manage subscriptions and credits and verify purchases.
To answer support requests.
To find and fix bugs and improve the app.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and content that breaks our Community Guidelines.
To comply with the law.
We do not use your selfie, reference images, or generated images to train AI models, for advertising, or for marketing of any kind.
3. Your selfie and face images
Your face is sensitive information, so we treat it with extra care.
Consent first. Before your first upload, the app asks you to agree to how we store and use your selfie. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your selfie in Settings.
Purpose. We use your selfie only to generate images you request. Nothing else.
Storage. We store your selfie on our servers so you do not have to upload it again for every generation.
No face templates. We do not create, store, or use facial recognition templates, face geometry measurements, or face identifiers. We do not use your face to identify you.
Deletion. Your selfie is permanently deleted when you delete it in the app, when you delete your account, or after 12 months without using Fantazma, whichever comes first.
No sale or disclosure. We never sell, rent, or trade your face images. We share them only with the AI provider that generates your images (see section 4) and only to fulfill your request.
Other people’s faces. If you upload someone else’s photo, you must have their permission first (see our Terms of Use).
4. AI processing
Fantazma uses Google’s AI models (Gemini / Imagen) to generate images. When you generate an image, your selfie, the scene, and any prompt are sent to Google for processing. Under Google’s terms for paid API use, Google does not use this content to train its models [CHECK: confirm paid tier or Vertex AI]. Google may keep requests for a limited period to detect abuse, as described in its terms [CHECK: confirm retention period for the product used].
Google’s systems may block some requests automatically under Google’s safety policies. Images created by Google’s models contain an invisible digital watermark (SynthID) that identifies them as AI-generated.
5. Community scenes
Scenes you create are public by default and may appear in the community feed after a human moderator reviews them. You can make any scene private at any time, and it will be removed from the feed. Public scenes are not linked to your name or account. Only a system-generated preview image is shown. Your face, your generated images, and the reference images you uploaded are never published.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
Provider | What they do | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
Google (Gemini API / Google Cloud) | AI image generation | Selfie, scene, prompt |
[CHECK: hosting provider] | Storage and servers | All app data we store |

We may add analytics, crash reporting, or advertising attribution services. If we do, we will update this table before using them. We will also share information if required by law, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of Fantazma (the buyer would be bound by this policy).
